M & E Livestock is a family owned business passed down through generations that preserves family tradition, values and life style. M & E Livestock's mission is to provide supreme livestock and customer service  that promotes, local production and fresh quality meat to be enjoyed by all.

M & E Livestock stems from Jean Baptiste Etchamendy Sr.'s method of raising quality, well bred lamb. This method coupled with supreme service to business relationships was brought over from the unique and breathtaking mountains of the Basque country (Eskual Herria) in southern France. In Arizona, Jean Baptiste's family method has flourished in business for over thirty years, and he has passed his knowledge and ethic off to his three sons: Mark, Robert, and J.B. Jr.

Mark Etchamendy has now picked up the family tadition to extend quality lamb to our local markets here in Arizona. With a family of his own now; and his two brothers, Mark seeks to pass the tradition on for generations to come.
