Here our lambs pasture on winter grass fields to guarantee natural fed and savory meat. Our "milker lambs" stay with their mothers from birth up until about four months old which allows them to nurse and receive her nutrients until they progress forward into "feeder lambs" (grass fed). This process ensures natural fed lamb which does not contain any growth hormones or antibiotics. The combination of natural mountain grass with our rich winter pastures creates an incredible flavor and taste second to none. Our lamb is state inspected and certified; which opens the door for local restaurants, grocery stores, religious organizations, and families to reap the benefits of natural raised lamb and nutrition. ![]() Lamb is a low-fat, healthy alternative to beef and pork.Lamb provides a leaner alternative to beef or pork by how easily trimable the exterior fat is. Lamb is less marbalized throughout with fat, but lined on the exterior of it's cuts. This allows the fat to be trimed for less saturated fat and cholesteral, or utilized for cooking to provide natural tenderizing. Lamb is very high in protein, B-12, iron, zinc, niacin, and riboflavon.
